Recently, I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph a unique after-work pasta experience organized by Tradizione, a company dedicated to bringing the authentic traditions of Italian cuisine to Sweden.
Hosted by Andrea and Niklas, whose friendship bridges Italy and Sweden, the event was far more than just a cooking class. It was an evening filled with warmth, laughter, storytelling, and of course, the art of handmade pasta.
Participants from a local company gathered after work to unwind, connect, and dive into the joy of creating pasta from scratch. From mixing flour and eggs to shaping beautiful pasta varieties by hand, everyone embraced
their inner chef, regardless of prior cooking
experience.
Learning the Art of Pasta Making
The workshop was guided step by step by Andrea and Niklas, who not only hosted the event but also personally trained and cooked alongside the participants. Attendees experimented with different shapes, textures, and methods, discovering how simple ingredients can transform into something truly exceptional.
What stood out most was the atmosphere, relaxed, welcoming, and filled with genuine enthusiasm. Friends and colleagues bonded over shared tasks, flour-covered hands, and plenty of laughter.
