This intimate civil wedding took place on Midsummer Eve in Lund, a day that already holds a special place in Swedish tradition. The bride looked radiant in a delicate lace dress, wearing a beautiful flower crown inspired by the Midsummer celebrations, while the groom looked elegant in his classic suit.

Our day began in Stortorget, the heart of Lund, before making our way to the civil ceremony. The town was alive with summer colours, and every corner seemed to offer a beautiful backdrop for photographs. Before long, they exchanged their vows in the presence of their closest family, creating a simple yet deeply meaningful ceremony filled with love and quiet emotion.

Although we had planned a longer portrait session before the ceremony, the weather had other ideas. Lund surprised us with one of the hottest days of the summer! Dressed in a wedding gown and suit, the couple handled the heat with plenty of smiles, but after photographing around the city, we all agreed on one thing: a stop for ice cream was necessary.

Sharing ice cream, laughing together, and simply enjoying a quiet break created some of the most genuine photographs of the day.

As the day continued, everyone returned home for an intimate evening celebration with family. It was relaxed, joyful, and full of heartfelt conversations, a perfect ending to a beautiful Midsummer wedding.
